winner is determined ineligible to receive the service based on various
qualifying factors reviewed during the patient’s consultation, Global Laser
Cosmetics and Global Laser Vision reserve the right to exchange the service or
product for one of an equal or lesser value at their discretion. Multiple entries allowed. One prize per household will
be permitted for the length of the contest. Winners will be chosen at random
and announced weekly on Fridays. The winners are required to submit
his/her mailing address to reina@globallasercosmetics.com
by 5 p.m. on July 18th
2014. Contest ends July 11th 2014. Global Laser Vision &
Cosmetics staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Participants are not eligible to win more than once. The contest is open
for entry to San Diego county residents 18 years of age and older. Global Laser
Vision & Cosmetics will be allowed to use the images, posts, and entrants
name in any and all media formats without consent from the entrant and without
expectation of compensation and will not be held liable for any damages
resulting from such use. Global Laser Vision & Cosmetics reserves the right
